-Basic Information-
Name: Hikari, Netto.
Place of Origin: Alternate world of the one of Rockman.EXE. In this world Yuuichirou and Haruka's children were both girls.
Description: Netto's hair is brown and usually tied back except for her bangs which fall past her chin. Wears an orange turtle neck over a shirt t-shirt and a black skirt that is trimmed with yellow at the bottom. She also wears her Navi symbol on a gold necklace. Typically, Netto uses a messenger bag that she has with her at most times.

-History and Personality-
Relationship to Nonhumans: Netto has a great relationship with her Net Navi, Rockchan.exe, and sees her as her best friend. At the same time, she views all other Navis as human.
Personality in a Nutshell: Netto is a very competitive girl mainly because she doesn't like people holding her to her gender, and teasing her about things. She loves Net Battling and rather focus her energy and time training and doing that then say...homework. Netto does make time for her friends, she loves roller blading, playing sports, shopping, and cooking. She doesn't like school except for home economics...for obvious reasons.

Netto tends to be very loud and outgoing, sometimes even stubborn.
